VoucherForms ("we", "us", "our") is operated by Parta Realty LLC. We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal data. This Privacy Policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and your rights.

1. Information We Collect

Account information: name, email address, password (stored securely using bcrypt hashing).

Payment information: your credit card details are never stored on our servers. Stripe handles all payment processing and retains this information directly. We only store a Stripe customer ID and subscription status.

Usage metadata: timestamps of form generations and an anonymized deal reference used solely to enforce plan limits and detect abuse.

2. Information We Do NOT Store

We deliberately do not persist sensitive deal data on our servers. Specifically:

• We do not store landlord names, addresses, phone numbers, emails, SSN, EIN, or banking details.
• We do not store building addresses, apartment numbers, or unit details.
• We do not store tenant names, case numbers, HRA numbers, or personal information.
• We do not store filled PDFs, scanned broker licenses, or any uploaded documents.
• Your broker profile, license image, and agency information are stored locally in your own browser (not on our servers).

Deal information you enter is used in-memory only to generate the requested PDF, then discarded.

3. How We Use Your Information

• To generate completed voucher forms (HRA / HASA / CityFHEPS) on your behalf.
• To create and manage your account.
• To process payments through Stripe.
• To send account-related emails (signup confirmations, password resets, billing notifications).
• To enforce plan limits and prevent abuse.
• To respond to your support requests.

4. Third-Party Services

We use the following third parties to operate our service. Each has its own privacy policy:

• Stripe — payment processing (stripe.com/privacy)
• Resend — transactional email delivery (resend.com/legal/privacy-policy)
• Railway — application hosting and database (railway.com/legal/privacy)
• Netlify — static site hosting (netlify.com/privacy)

5. How We Protect Your Data

• Passwords are hashed using industry-standard bcrypt — we cannot see your password.
• All data is transmitted over HTTPS.
• Payment details never touch our servers; Stripe handles them directly.
• Database access is restricted to authorized personnel only.

6. Data Retention

We retain your account for as long as it is active. If you delete your account, we remove your personal information within 30 days, except where we are legally required to retain records (e.g., tax-related transaction history).

7. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access the personal information we hold about you.
• Request correction of inaccurate data.
• Request deletion of your account and data.
• Cancel your subscription at any time through Stripe's customer portal.
• Export your data.

8. Cookies and Local Storage

We use your browser's local storage to remember your broker information and session so you don't have to re-enter it every time. This data stays on your device and is not transmitted to us. We do not use third-party tracking cookies or advertising pixels.

9. Children's Privacy

VoucherForms is a business tool for licensed NYC real-estate brokers. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has provided us with information, please contact us immediately.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email and/or by posting a notice on our website.
